Well Academy is a training institute for the drilling and well services industry, founded by industry professionals with a passion to improve performance. Since our launch in 2012 we have developed and delivered innovative training solutions and have been industry pioneers in introducing Scenario Well Control training incorporating Human Factors.

Our Vision is to be internationally recognized as industry leaders in training development and delivery. We serve the drilling and well intervention industry globally with training solutions that increase competence and confidence levels and ultimately raise safety and efficiency performance in well operations worldwide.

Our team consists of a varied group of experienced drilling, well intervention and/or well engineering professionals. Our trainers have rich expertise and track-record and are passionate about improving people’s competence and confidence. As we grow our training offerings, we continuously expand our team globally.
